1% Protocol Action Fee.

V1 defines a default 100 basis-point fee only for explicitly configured GRAVITY protocol actions. Ordinary wallet transfers, unrelated DEX trades and general trading volume are not taxed by this mechanism.

The default collected-fee allocation is 70% Economy Treasury, 20% GRAVITY Protocol Treasury and 10% Operations Reserve. Parameters are versioned and configurable; they are not promises of returns.
